Chris Radosta serves as CEO of Unity Works Solutions, where he leads the company’s growth strategy and oversees the teams and resources that deliver exceptional results for client partners. With a leadership style rooted in clarity, accountability, and service, Chris is focused on building a scalable organization that earns long-term trust through performance, responsiveness, and integrity.

A defining cornerstone of Chris’s identity is his faith in Jesus Christ. He openly credits the Lord as the source of every opportunity, every success, and every good outcome in his life and at Unity Works. His desire is that the way Unity Works serves clients, supports teammates, and impacts communities reflects Christ’s example—humble leadership, excellence, and love for others.

Chris is passionate about “World Class Service” and often references organizations like Ritz-Carlton and Chick-fil-A for their excellence and consistency as service models Unity Works strives to emulate.

Chris earned a Finance degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University. He began his career at UPS world headquarters, where over 15 years he led teams across project accounting, intellectual property management, business development, and corporate real estate. Prior to launching Unity Works, he spent nearly six years running the project division of one of the nation’s largest lighting distributors—experience that strengthened his expertise in operational execution, customer relationships, and complex project delivery.

Chris is deeply committed to serving the community and investing in the next generation. He serves as a mentor with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and he serves on nonprofit boards focused on the reach, rescue, and restoration of Atlanta’s youth as well as those working fervently toward helping eradicate human trafficking. Chris is passionate about ensuring young people know there is a God who loves them, is for them, and has a purpose for their lives.

Chris lives in Cumming, GA with his wife, Chrissy, and their three children—Nicholas, Brooklyn, and Lana. Outside of work, you’ll find him at family sporting events, coaching, and squeezing in a round of golf when he can.

Andrew Honeycutt is a seasoned leader in the electrical infrastructure and energy solutions industry with over two decades of experience delivering complex, high-impact projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial markets. As President & COO of Unity Works Solutions, Andrew drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and scalable execution across professional lighting, electrical services, EV charging infrastructure (EVSE), and energy management solutions.

At Unity Works Solutions, Andrew leads cross-functional teams in designing and deploying reliable, future-focused electrical systems that enhance performance, safety, and sustainability for clients nationwide. His leadership spans advanced lighting retrofits, large-scale electrical installations, EV charging infrastructure, and energy optimization programs. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, technical depth, and unwavering commitment to accountability, quality, and client success.

Andrew brings credibility to his leadership through a strong technical and regulatory foundation. He holds over 25 state Electrical Contractor (EC) licenses and multiple certifications in the electrical and energy industries, enabling Unity Works Solutions to execute complex, multi-jurisdictional projects while maintaining strict compliance with NEC, NFPA, and all applicable local and state regulatory requirements.

At the core of Andrew’s leadership is his family and faith. He is married to his wife, Ashley Honeycutt, whose career is dedicated to advocating for children with special needs, and he credits her compassion, strength, and servant leadership as a defining influence on who he is—both personally and professionally. Together, they are raising four children—Linley, Olivia, Lainey, and JM—a role Andrew considers his greatest responsibility and highest calling.

Andrew’s personal mission is to positively impact others by sharing lessons learned through life experience, faith, and strong Christian values. He believes true leadership is rooted in service, integrity, humility, and stewardship, and he strives to model these principles in his work, his relationships, and his community. His faith-driven approach shapes how he leads teams, serves clients, and invests in people—seeking not only operational excellence, but lasting impact.

Gary Duran serves as CFO of Unity Works Solutions where he leads, oversees, and manages accounting, finance, and human resources, as well as management of company finances, management of financial risks, safeguarding of Unity Works assets, and securing new funding based on forecasting needs.

Gary received his undergraduate degree from North Georgia College in business, and he continued his education and received his MBA from Brenau University with a focus in accounting. His career spans 35 years in accounting from clerk to CFO and mostly with foreign manufacturing companies before coming to Unity Works.

Gary is passionate about his work and has a can-do attitude in all that he takes on. He has a servant heart and is willing to help or assist anyone when called upon. He loves the feeling of achievement when fellow employees and the company succeed.

Gary is a native of Forsyth County and has lived in North Georgia all his life. Gary is married with two children and currently resides in Cumming. In his time off, Gary likes to travel internationally and has a dream of visiting all European countries. Gary is an avid Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs fan and likes to play a round of golf when time permits.

Billy Pichon serves as the Vice President of Operations for the Electrical Division of Unity Works Solutions. Billy has been in various fields of construction management for the last 20 years. Prior to that he worked in service for a large private equity REIT based in Atlanta. Billy attended the University of West Georgia where he earned a business degree with an emphasis in marketing.

Billy is passionate about pouring into young men and mentoring them on the athletic field. Billy has been coaching both lacrosse and football for the past 12 years. This includes that last five years at Sequoyah High School in Canton, GA. Billy loves his players and coaches them hard with a philosophy that many life lessons about being a man are gained thru team sports.

Billy lives in Canton with his wife Cassie. The couple have two boys, Will and Logan-who attend the University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky. Both boys are student-athletes who are studying for their careers while playing lacrosse. In his personal time, Billy enjoys traveling with his wife and boys with hope that the destination includes water and fishing boat! The couple can be found chasing their boys around the country supporting their passion for lacrosse. Billy and Cassie serve as elders at Generations Church in Canton where they have raised their family for the Lord while serving the community.

Whether in business or his personal life, Billy tries to approach each day thru this filter: God, Grace, Gratitude, Giving and Go.

Todd Hamilton serves as Vice President of Field Operations at Unity Works Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in operations and production management. A native of Akron, Ohio, Todd joined Unity in 2017 and was instrumental in the company’s early growth. He spent Unity’s first two years in the field, working alongside technicians while teaching, mentoring, and leading hands-on installations as a Field Supervisor—playing a key role in helping build Unity into the company it is today.

Todd later transitioned into the office, where he served as a Project Manager for two years before being promoted to Vice President of Field Operations in 2021. He has been a member of Unity’s executive team since 2019, contributing to strategic direction, operational excellence, and scalable field execution.

Todd’s leadership is rooted in commitment, integrity, and disciplined operational standards. He has played a key role in establishing Unity as a lighting solutions provider recognized for accountability, quality workmanship, and customer-first execution. His dedication to working hard and refusing to take shortcuts for customers continues to be a defining strength of Unity within the lighting & Electrical Industry.

As Vice President of Lighting at Unity Works Solutions, Chris leads complex lighting projects from concept through completion with a strong focus on efficiency, accountability, and client satisfaction. He brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to managing teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

With extensive experience in the lighting industry, Chris excels at aligning field operations with project goals, streamlining processes, and maintaining clear communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. He takes pride in building trust, solving problems proactively, and driving successful outcomes across every phase of a project.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted family man who values time with his wife, Chrissy, and their two daughters, Alissa and Emma. He is an avid football and golf fan who enjoys good food, outdoor cooking, and the art of smoking and grilling—especially during family barbecues. He also enjoys a competitive game of cornhole and spending time outdoors with friends and family. In addition, Chris is committed to giving back and dedicates time and support to Veteran Mental Health Awareness, a cause that is important to him.
